Headshots/Portraits
We provide professional headshots and creative portraits to clubs in need of updated member photos, or who just want to remind everyone on Instagram who’s in charge. Things to keep in mind:
- We ask that all photos be taken on or around campus, and all locations are within walking distance of the original meeting place.
- If your group is larger than 15 people, be prepared to potentially split into multiple groups with two different RED-i photographers.
- Lastly, be on time! While we do enjoy getting paid for just sitting around, we’re busy students too, and we ask that you be mindful of our photographers’ time.
Event Capture
You plan it, we’ll photograph it. We provide professional photography for all events, get-togethers, and shindigs. Here are our conditions:
- Events must be held on-campus or in the very near vicinity of NC State.
- We ask that you please specify the capacity in which you’d like our photographers to serve while working your event. Generally, when we’re asked to photograph something, RED-i provides “roaming coverage” – wherein our photographers stroll about, mozy along, and mix and mingle to find the best angles. If you would prefer the photographer to be stationed at a particular spot the whole night to take photos of guests (like a photo booth,) PLEASE specify that in your project request.
- If your event is longer than three hours, we may not be able to guarantee coverage of the entire program. Instead, we ask that you provide an itinerary with key points and critical moments that you don’t want to be missed.
- If you are planning on asking for videography services as well, please submit a separate form for photography and a separate form for videography (you can find the video form here).
