Brenda Pianigiani, she/her
Team Lead, Photographer
Brenda is from Italy and is a fifth-year student double majoring in Film Studies and Communication (Media Concentration). Beyond her studies, she enjoys trying out new restaurants and coffee shops, binge watching television, reading, going to the arcade, and photographing couples in love. Brenda is excited to hone in her photography skills on the RED-i team and plans to pursue a full time career in photography.
Tae Park, he/him
Videographer
Tae is from Cary, NC, and is a third-year student studying Film Studies. Outside of RED-i, he enjoys watching new films and playing volleyball with his friends! Tae is ready to expand his videography experience with RED-i and is looking forward to the many creative challenges he will meet.
Sarah Yu, she/her
Videographer
Sarah is from Greensboro, NC, and is a fourth-year student studying Communication (Media Concentration). Outside of RED-i, she enjoys working out, boxing, hanging out with friends, and trying new foods! Sarah is excited to build experience in video production and photography with RED-i and plans on pursuing a career in media production after graduating.
Jacob Altamirano, he/him
Videographer
Jacob is from Charlotte, NC, and is a first-year student currently in Exploratory Studies. Outside of RED-i, he enjoys running, drawing, and playing video games with his friends; he promises you he’ll beat you in a 1v1 on COD! Jacob always strives to become better at his craft and wants to pursue a career that taps into the creative areas of his brain.
Ryan Dwyer, he/him
Photographer
Ryan is from Hillsborough, NC and is a fourth-year student studying Communication (Media Concentration). Outside of RED-i, he enjoys making art, listening to music, playing video games and hanging out with his friends. Ryan is thrilled to hone his skills in photography and take those skills beyond college in his career.
Radhika Kulkarni, she/her
Photographer
Radhika is from Apex, NC and is a second-year student majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. Beyond her studies, she enjoys watching Disney and Marvel, skateboarding, painting and trying new foods. Radhika is looking forward to expanding her photography skills and further developing her creativity beyond college into her marketing career.
Mingduo Liu, he/him
Photographer
Mingduo is from China and is a fourth-year student majoring in Creative Writing. Beyond his studies, he enjoys people watching to get inspired for his stories, playing tennis with friends, making tea, and preparing bowls of hand-stretched noodles from his hometown – he swears it’s a taste you won’t find anywhere in Raleigh restaurants! Mingduo is looking forward to connecting with people who love photography and hopes to expand his skills with various types of lighting like indoor photography.
Sanjita Thoppay, she/her
Graphic Designer
Sanjita is from Cary, NC and is a fourth-year student majoring in Design Studies. Beyond her studies, she enjoys going to cafes, drinking tea, eating fancy treats, playing video games, and hanging out with her friends. Sanjita is looking forward to improving her visual design skills at RED-i and hopes to carry those skills into a design career.
Ireland White, she/her
Graphic Designer
Ireland is from Winston-Salem, NC and is a third-year student majoring in Psychology. Beyond her studies, she enjoys reading, playing video games and watching films. She is currently playing Animal Crossing and has a goal to read 12 books this year. Ireland is looking forward to enhancing her design skills and hopes to be a product designer in the future.
Cierra Cooper, she/her
Social Media Manager
Cierra is from Knightdale, NC and is a third-year student majoring in Fashion Marketing. Beyond her studies, she enjoys listening to music and journaling. After graduation, she plans on pursuing a career in creative marketing or UX design research.
